WheelsOfVolume is a simple utility that lets you control the master volume of your PC via the mouse wheel. How often have you been listening to a song on your PC and have had to stop what you're doing to lower or raise the volume? Well, from now on this isn't necessary: you can change the volume without taking your hand off the mouse, thanks to WheelsOfVolume.
A superimposed screen on your monitor shows you the actual volume level, which you can raise or lower with the mouse wheel. WheelsOfVolume also has a mute option by clicking with that same wheel.
